Exchange

- Products must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition with all original tags attached.
- Exchanges are subject to stock availability.
Returns
- Items can be returned within 30 days of receiving your order.
- Products must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition with all original tags attached.
- Refunds will be processed after the returned item has been inspected and approved.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Products that have been worn or washed.
- Products without their original tags.
- Products damaged due to misuse.
Shipping Costs
- Customers are responsible for return and exchange shipping costs unless the item received is defective, damaged, or incorrect.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos of the item so we can resolve the issue promptly.
